A lifetime and third generation Yuba City resident, Julie Shackleford attended local schools entering into community banking shortly after high school. A graduate of the University of Phoenix and the Texas Graduate School of Community Bank Management, Ms. Shackleford has spent the past 30years working at local community banks. Her vast experience includes branch operations, business development, finance, loan administration as well as shareholder and customer relations to name a few. She has held positions such as Operations Manager, Cashier, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer. She is on the Board of the Yuba/Sutter Chamber of Commerce and is active in a wide array of community activities and organizations.
JEFFREY W. CRYER

Mr. Cryer, has resided in the Yuba City area most of his life attending local grammar schools and high school in the nearby town of Live Oak. He attended Yuba College and graduated in 1980 from Chico State University with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture business with a business administration minor.
He has been involved in consumer and commercial lending in the Yuba City area his entire adult life working for Transamerica Financial Services, Feather River State Bank and Gold Country National Bank.
Jeff and his wife Stacy have three children, ages 8 to 15, and reside in Yuba City. He has been involved in coaching high school sports, grammar school sports, and little league, Rotary Club, and is a member of the Church of Christ.
SCOTT R. ANDREWS
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Andrews currently serves as the President of the California Region of Capitol Bancorp Limited. He also serves as a Director of Bank of Escondido, Sunrise Bank of San Diego, Bank of San Francisco, Napa Community Bank and is Chairman of Bank of Santa Barbara and California's newest affiliate bank, Sunrise Community Bank in Palm Desert. His previous experiences cover 30 years in the banking industry. He held the position of Executive Vice President for First National Bank of San Diego from June 2000 to September 2002, where he was responsible for management of ten branch locations, marketing, consumer lending, corporate properties, and the data and item processing operations of this $700 million dollar community bank. Prior to joining First National Bank, Mr. Andrews worked for First Interstate Bank for 20 years in a variety of positions primarily related to retail and small business banking. He worked for Wells Fargo Bank following the acquisition of First Interstate Bank for a period of three and a half years. At Wells Fargo, he managed a retail banking division of up to 200 branch locations.
Mr. Andrews is currently on the Board of Western Independent Bankers, a growing trade association for community banks in the Western U.S. He holds a finance degree from San Diego State University and a graduate degree from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
DINESH BAJAJ
Director

Born in Bombay, India, Mr. Bajaj graduated from DAV College in Bombay, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1988. He continued his education at Bombay University, graduating with a Masters degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing in 1990. During this period he worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a management trainee. After graduation, Mr. Bajaj accepted employment in Tata Consultancy Services as a Junior Consultant at their Bombay office, where his responsibilities centered on business consulting and turn-arounds.
In 1991 Mr. Bajaj moved from India to Chico, California and began working in the almond growing, processing and import & export business. He currently serves as president of Natural Nut, a vertically integrated nut business, which includes growing, processing, hulling, shelling, marketing, purchasing from other growers, and trading with other packers. Currently he purchases and grows almonds throughout California and markets the product domestically and abroad.
BRENT HASTEY
Director

Mr. Hastey was born and raised in the Plumas Lake area of Yuba County where his family has long resided. He graduated from Golden Gate University with a degree in Management. Mr. Hastey managed the family business, J. Rex Hastey, Inc., a sheet-metal roofing installation company for 10 years. In 1993 he was elected to the Yuba County Board of Supervisors, where he served until 2001.
He has a long history of community service, serving on the Board of Directors Reclamation District 784 from 1986 - 1992, the Sacramento Area Council of Governments from 1993 - 2000 where he was chairperson in 1996. Mr. Hastey was the founding President of the Yuba Sutter Economic Development Corp. in 1994, remaining on that board until 1998. He is currently a member of the Yuba Feather Rivers Rotary Club, where he is a past president. He is also Boy Scout Leader for Troop 223.
Currently, Mr. Hastey owns Hastey Consulting, providing consulting services regarding real estate development.
DR. THOMAS A. IVERSON

Thomas A. Iverson D.D.S., M.S. was born in San Pedro, California. He attended the University of California at San Diego, graduating in 1980. He graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas Texas in 1985 with a Dentistry degree. Dr. Iverson completed his formal education with a certificate in Orthodontics and a master of science in Oral Biology from Northwestern University.
Dr. Iverson moved to Yuba City in 1987 to begin his dental practice with his wife, Dr. Wendy Vota, DDS. In addition to his successful dental practice, Dr. Iverson is involved in a variety of real estate ventures in and around the Yuba City area.
MURRY D. LEWIS

Murry Dow Lewis was born Montana and was raised in Auburn, California. Mr. Lewis attended Sierra College and Brigham Young University, graduating with a degree in Human Development in 1991.
Mr. Lewis is the General Manager of Dow Lewis Motors, a GMC, Buick, Pontiac and Nissan dealership in Yuba City, where he is responsible for overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service and parts.
He is a member of several service clubs and automotive industry organizations.
SEAN M. O'NEILL
Director

Mr. O'Neill was born and raised in Petaluma, California. He attended University of California at Davis, and graduated with a bachelors of science degree in Civil Engineering in 1989.
Mr. O'Neill has been involved in civil engineering and land surveying in the Yuba City area since his graduation from college. After spending seven years working at Laughlin Engineering in Yuba City, he formed Genesis Engineering in 1996.
In addition to his engineering business, Mr. O'Neill is involved in a variety of real estate and other business ventures in and around the local area.
